Happy BC Day long weekend!

We’re home from our quick trip to Comox, where we had a ton of fun at two festivals—Nautical Days and the Filberg Festival. I highly recommend both if you ever get the chance!

Adding to the excitement, Lance and Zac are safely home from their challenging backpacking trip on Nootka Island. What an incredible opportunity—and I’m very happy to have them back.

Now, let’s get into the crafty stuff!

This week’s card started with a garden, a scalloped circle and the perfectly reasonable question: why make a simple card when you can make it complicated on a Live?

The good news? It came together—and this cute die-cut fun fold gives all those little garden pieces somewhere to shine.

Good evening, crafty friends! Yesterday was our first community crafting day, and I treated myself to something I don’t often get to do: sit down and make someone else’s card kit. I spend plenty of time preparing kits for others (and I love it! Obviously), so taking Kate’s sunflower class was a lovely change.
